Creating space for Creativity

London thrives when artists and communities are valued as essential to urban life – as vital as transport and energy. Securing permanent creative space strengthens culture and the economy, keeping London distinctive, inclusive and the world’s greatest creative city.

Partner with us

We know from our studio provider partners that waiting lists for artists’ studios are the norm. Our studios have an average occupancy rate of 99% and 93% of our artist tenants intend to stay for the foreseeable future. Demand for what we provide is not in question. The only question is one of the scale required to fulfil the demand.

We are actively looking to partner with property owners, property developers and local authorities to acquire and secure additional affordable workspaces. Currently, we are interested in securing space across London in spaces with a quantum Gross Internal Area (GIA) of 35,000 square feet of space or more, in one building of any typology, or across smaller spaces within walking distance of each other.
