Partner with us

We are actively looking to partner with property owners, property developers and local authorities to acquire and secure additional affordable creative workspaces. We are interested in securing spaces across London in spaces with a quantum Gross Internal Area (GIA) of 35,000 square feet of space or more, in one building of any typology, or across smaller spaces within walking distance of each other.
