Background

Grant funding was acquired to bring the property into use as affordable creative workspaces. Once complete, the property will host space for up to 50 artists and a pavilion and courtyard that will be open to the public for the creative and wider community to come together and thrive.

  • The North Block and pavilion will open soon, following full refurbishment.
  • The South Block’s refurbishment was completed in 2024 with 25 artists and creatives now working from the site.
